Founder of Educational non profit Dr. Jose Enriquez joins the show. Jose talks about his early childhood in El Salvador and moving to the United States at a young age. He credits mentors like his mom and high school wrestling coach as key figures in his life. He talks about the culture shock of moving to Utah for college and his first jobs as a teacher in Utah. Eduardo and Jose discuss the current state of education in this country.
